2. Information We Collect

We collect information strictly necessary to provide restaurant operational services:

• Subscriber Account Information: Restaurant name, business contact email, phone number, authorized staff credentials, and billing details.
• Operational Restaurant Data: Menu items, prices, modifiers, floor plans, sales totals, inventory transactions, and shift reconciliations.
• Guest & Dining Data: When guests utilize digital QR ordering or request WhatsApp digital invoices, we process the items ordered, table designation, and customer phone number or email if explicitly provided by the guest.
• Technical Information: Browser type, IP address, and essential POS session tokens required for network security and terminal session persistence.

3. How Data is Used

Information processed by ListOut is utilized to:

• Execute restaurant counter billing, KOT ticket printing, and kitchen display routing.
• Deliver digital invoices and order receipts via WhatsApp or SMS upon customer request.
• Generate daily sales, tax (GST) reports, and inventory consumption summaries for restaurant owners.
• Prevent unauthorized system access, fraud, and counter discount discrepancies.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell personal data. Data is only shared with configured technical infrastructure providers required to operate the service (such as cloud hosting facilities, SMS/WhatsApp messaging gateways for invoice delivery, and authorized payment processing partners).

5. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard administrative and technical security measures. All communications between restaurant POS terminals, kitchen screens, guest QR interfaces, and our servers are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Sensitive passwords are cryptographically hashed before storage.
